The Idea
KwaMasi Cultural Heritage Centre needed to be believed before it could be funded. A community learning space in Kutama, Zimbabwe, doing real education and cultural transmission work, but without a credible record it looked smaller to funders and partners than it actually was.
Over two days in June 2026, LOWRES documented the Centre's education programmes, cultural transmission work, and permaculture and social enterprise initiatives, building a media record it could put in front of stakeholders.
This was LOWRES's first cross-border engagement. It has since become an ongoing advisory role covering the Centre's wider communications and content strategy.
